Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities in the UK private histopathology market.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales and business growth strategies.
- Create proposals and presentations to nurture business partnerships.
- Structure deals, conduct business value analyses, and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and promotional events.
- Introduce new products or services to prospective clients.
- Track market trends and build sales pipelines aligned with targets.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Maintain professional knowledge through training, networking, and industry events.
Financial Goals:
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Ensure pricing aligns with Diagnexia's minimum margin requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales and client interactions.
- Deliver precise case and revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in UK healthcare services (private pathology preferred).
- Experience in competent use of standard sales CRM tools such as SFDC & Hubspot
- Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and industry requirements.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Independent problem solver with creative and analytical skills.
Travel Requirements:
- Hold a valid passport and a full, clean driver’s license.
- Travel frequently (50%+ time) within the UK and EU for client meetings, trade exhibitions, and events.
- Ability to travel internationally for training and conferences as required.
- Fluent in English.
Work Environment:
- Remote/field-based position with a home working setup.
- Regular collaboration with associates in UK / IRE, US (PST to EST), and CET time zones.
- Occasional overtime or weekend work for special events.
