Objectives of this role

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Sphera, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and website
  • Work with Digital Marketing Director to create and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Work with a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Sphera’s digital presence
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all defined channels
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

Responsibilities

  • Create and project manage content and requests for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
  • Develop and monitor SEM and social campaign budgets
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them into Sphera’s social campaigns

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Strong project management and managerial skills
  • Experience with Pardot, Google Analytics Suite, Wordpress, SEMRush and program connectivity/setup
  • SEM, Social, Email and SEO savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
  • Strong understanding of short-term wins with long term vision
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices

Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
