Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical, diligent Business Analyst / Platform Administrator to support and enhance our health and wellness platform. This role will involve managing the platform’s user experience, monitoring user behavior, coordinating with internal and external partners, and developing insights that drive user engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of user engagement strategies, and a commitment to fostering a thriving user community.

You will
  • Adjust the admin platform to manage and enhance the in-app user experience

  • Prioritize and submit enhancement requests to internal or external teams through their preferred channels, such as JIRA tickets or business requirements.

  • Monitor user behavior reports to identify trends, promote desired engagement, and address potential misuse according to our processes.

  • Ensure clear communication and coordination or requests, information, and data with all business partners.

  • Help identify root causes or user complaints and platform issues and assist in resolving them.

You have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, platform administration, or project management, preferably within insurance, health and wellness, digital platforms, or customer engagement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret user behavior data and apply insights effectively.

  • Experience managing user communications, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and monitoring platform usage.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to community engagement and user support.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with an approach focused on continuous improvement.

Salary Range
$69,380.00 - $104,067.50

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
