Join our dynamic team at Regeneron’s Commercial Immunology organization in Italy as a Project Manager. Based in Milan, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Country Manager Immunology and driving various commercial and alliance-related activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission and grow within a leading biopharmaceutical company.
Coordinate and manage projects, congresses, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
Administer promotional material activities in collaboration with vendors and partners.
Maintain internal control processes for SOW, purchase orders, and other operational activities.
Serve as the single point of contact for the sales organization and support functions regarding operational activities.
Organize sales meetings, including PoAs and FLM meetings, in coordination with Alliance partners.
Support communication efforts to the Sales Team.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of new team members and support organisational change initiatives.
Provide direct support to the Country Manager Immunology for meetings, agendas, and minutes.
Assist Commercialization Managers with Alliance-related projects as needed.
You excel in managing initiatives and coordinating projects successfully.
You possess strong project management and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing both internal and external collaborators.
You thrive in a high-paced and flexible launch environment.
You are an upbeat self-starter with a pragmatic and operationally oriented working style.
You have excellent planning and organizing skills.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharma Industry or relevant professional experience. Fluency in Italian and business-level English is required. Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus.
