What you'll Do
  • Lead large-scale projects that span across multiple Adobe teams, from initial planning to completion.
  • Build project roadmaps, define user stories, and research suitable technical solutions.
  • Communicate roadmaps, plans, and project updates to management and critical partners.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Connect with cross-functional teams to promote your projects, establish relationships, and identify existing technologies that align with your team’s objectives.
  • Manage risks, handle critical issues, and balance business needs with constraints.
  • Ensure team members are well-informed by crafting, maintaining, and sharing project information optimally.
  • Apply both business and technical competence in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams distributed across geos and organizations.
  • Own successful delivery of large, high impact and highly cross-functional product initiatives while simultaneously and accurately tracking a set of smaller projects.
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineering leads to develop program plans, including roadmaps and resource plans, driving strategic cross-functional planning.

What you need to succeed
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
  • Experience with program management tools and software.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $258,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
