Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business.
- Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
- Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
- Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
- Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Have a general understanding of the HR function at a large corporation.
- Self starter with strong soft skills, showing the ability to communicate in multiple ways.
- Work cross functionally with different areas of HR and the Enterprise.
- Have interest in health policy, human resources, and labor relations.
Open minded and willingness to take on projects in multiple different areas including but not limited to HR Management, Accommodations, Employee Relations, and Policy Administration, with the goal of aiding our Legal and Compliance team to achieve their 2025 goals.
Experience/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
The salary range is: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, degree program, degree level, number of years of participation in the internship program, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
