Master Data Analyst – Vendors

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Responsible for following processes, policies, report logs, and e-files related vendors.
  • Works closely with internal customers to resolve issues with forms and requests for a change of supplier's data or prices in SAP or other ERP systems.
  • During audits, responsible for correct data.
  • Provides backup coverage for colleagues in their absence.
  • Works with material, which may be confidential or important in nature.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Cooperation with other departments like Finance, Accounts Payable, HR, Purchasing, etc.
  • Daily communication with internal customers and external vendors
  • Issue investigation and problem-solving consultation.


Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience
  • Will to learn and solve problems usually raised by internal customers
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy
  • MS Office – Skillful / Advanced (especially Excel)
  • SAP experience
  • English – fluent
  • Experience with PowerBi, PowerAutomate, PowerApp, and SharePoint is welcome but not essential.
