SUMMARY

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to support our CXO Program.  At Wiz we strive to foster strong relationships with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and other CXOs to drive customer growth and engagement so in this role, a successful candidate will be pivotal in creating workflows that enhance collaboration between the CXO strategy team and the field, while also ensuring alignment with marketing and sales organizations. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Workflow Development 

  • Design and implement workflows that facilitate collaboration between the CXO strategy team and the field operations.
  • Ensure that processes are efficient, streamlined, and aligned with program goals.

Monitoring and Tracking Progress

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CXO program.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of engagement strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Alignment with Key Accounts

  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify and prioritize key accounts and targets for engagement for field marketing and digital marketing.
  • Communicate updates and progress related to these accounts to internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies.

Collaboration with Sales Organization

  • Partner with the sales team to identify strategic accounts on a yearly and quarterly basis.
  • Develop tools and processes that enable the sales organization to effectively utilize the CXO program for customer growth.

Internal Communication

  • Act as a liaison between the CXO strategy team, marketing, and sales to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Create and distribute internal communications that highlight key initiatives, progress, and opportunities within the CXO program.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, preferably in technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in workflow design and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and account management strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
