Backed by $370 million in series C funding and driven by an unwavering passion for growth, we’ve welcomed five companies into our journey and have surpassed $100 million in ARR in 2024. Our 700+ teammates span 35 countries and represent 34 nationalities.

At Lighthouse, we’re more than just a workplace – we’re a community. Collaborative, fun, and deeply committed, we work hard together to revolutionize the hospitality sector. Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀

What you will do

As a Senior Data Solutions Product Manager at Lighthouse, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing our Data Solutions offering for Enterprise customers. While Lighthouse has traditionally harnessed its vast datasets to create SaaS products for 65,000 hoteliers worldwide, your mission will be to develop a standardised yet adaptable data offering tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients. These include major hotel chains, Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and investors.

In this role, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Solutions, transforming our rich data assets into scalable, customer-focused products that drive measurable value. By collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure that our data capabilities translate into innovative solutions that address real customer challenges and advance our business goals. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of data-driven decision-making in the hospitality industry.

Where you will have impact

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
    • Analyse data usage patterns, customer feedback, and market demands to inform product decisions.
  • Customer-Centric Product Development:
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate these insights into actionable product requirements.
    • Define and prioritise features and enhancements to create data products that deliver significant value to our clients.
    • Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the development and deployment of data services.
  • Go-To-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for new Data Solutions products and features.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product launches, sales enablement and adoption.
    • Create compelling product positioning and messaging that highlights the value of our DaaS solutions.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Data Solutions products and regularly track performance against these metrics.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimise product performance and user experience.
    • Drive continuous improvement by iterating on product features and strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.
    • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across departments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure support and alignment for Data Solutions initiatives.
