You’re excited by:
Working closely with customers to ensure a successful product set up and onboarding experience from purchase to launch.
Managing implementation processes end-to-end understanding customers' challenges to achieve the target timelines and goals set.
Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer handover.
Contributing to the continuous enhancement of our products by providing feedback to our Product and Engineering teams.
Playing a key role in the post-sales customer journey, setting the tone for a long-term, value-driven relationship with our customers.
Working with large data sets that may often be complex.
Working to optimise the data migration step.
Understanding our customer's requirements and configuring a solution that delights them.
Contributing in the improvements of our processes and best practices.
Working and managing multiple stakeholder goals.
Things that will get us excited about you:
Proven experience in owning data implementation projects, particularly in a SaaS environment.
Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
A deep understanding of customer needs in the context of software implementation, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a knack for harmonising efforts and driving collaborative success.
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Asana and ability to pick up new tools quickly.
Confident supporting customers understanding of integrations, API's & webhooks.
This is an in-person role based at our Central London office (Chancery Lane). Our team comes together in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to fuel collaboration and connection.
