  • Builds wireframes (low- and high-fidelity) and clickthrough prototypes in Figma to clearly communicate workflows.
  • Proactively creates clear, concise documentation that articulates design rationale to multi-disciplinary internal audiences.
  • Takes responsibility for scoping design work, communicating what is possible to help define the project timeline, and monitoring status.
  • Clearly and confidently presents design concepts and rationale to diverse audiences, including team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Leads cross-functional activities that accelerate the design process through collaborative ideation, rapid prototyping, and effective problem solving.
  • Helps drive design consistency with similar features and patterns across the product portfolio.
  • Identifies and tracks success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
  • Produces strategic assets that are required during problem discovery/definition and design ideation to lead the team to cohesive designs.
  • Promotes the adoption and evolution of the design system at the product level to maintain consistency and scalability.
  • Recognizes when user research is needed, coordinates UXR efforts with cross-functional partners, and conducts research with guidance.

Performance Measurement :

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Delivery of high-quality, user-centered designs that meet business goals
  • Adherence to project timelines
  • Effective use of the design system
  • Contributions to cross-functional collaboration.

Educational and Experience Requirements

A portfolio that shows:

  • Skillfully documents a project plan and sets clear milestones for each step of the design process.

  • Has familiarity with established interaction patterns throughout the product portfolio and designs new interactions with these existing patterns in mind.
