Mira Search, a top HR agency based in Dubai, is partnering with a leading hardware wallet manufacturer to find a visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

About the Role:
Our client is on the cusp of a major growth phase, with plans to expand into global markets. To ensure long-term success, they are seeking an experienced CCO to lead their sales, marketing, and business development strategies. This individual will be instrumental in driving revenue, defining market positioning, and ensuring the successful launch of cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive strategies and operational processes for both large-scale and small-scale sales initiatives.
  • Craft a go-to-market strategy for the current product, emphasizing a unique value proposition.
  • Manage budgeting processes and contribute to pricing strategy development.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with top management and present product offerings effectively.
  • Supervise document management and ensure efficient reporting processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior commercial role within the IT sector, particularly in Web3 or blockchain technologies.
  • A strong track record of developing successful B2B and B2C sales structures across international markets.
  • Demonstrated creativity and initiative in identifying and implementing effective sales management tools.
  • Full English language proficiency, as well as Russian language fluency.
