Description

Strategy & Transformation Lead
 
This position is responsible for leading a broad array of strategic, analytical projects and planning for the Elevance Partnership and Markets. As a Strategy & Transformation Lead, you will assist with the development of the business plan and strategy for new market growth and partnership expansion opportunities, as well as ad hoc strategic projects. You will need to interface with various business teams, both internally and externally with partner organizations to achieve goals and desired outcomes. The Strategy & Transformation Lead will be responsible for a variety of high priority activation strategies and partnership areas and is expected to develop a thorough understanding of business needs and coordinate those needs with the overall apree health strategy. 
 
Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, market research, product development, project management or implementation in healthcare industry OR Masters/Professional Degree and 3 years of experience strategic planning, market research, product development, project management or implementation in healthcare industry. Industry experience to include  
  • Organization and prioritization of multiple projects
  • Creative problem-solving skills and developing frameworks for ambiguous problems
  • Ability to drive consensus and influence at various levels of the organization
  • Experience managing projects that require problem solving, prioritization and strategic and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal communication skills, ability to work across departments, share information at the executive level, present findings and status of projects, build relationships and garner information from various sources
  • Experience managing and influencing stakeholders at various levels and cross functionally 
  • Experience interacting and facilitating work with staff/management across multiple departments and levels 
  • Experience delegating and reviewing project deliverables across stakeholders
  • Experience developing strategic frameworks and developing materials to support efforts
  • Experience conducting business analysis and/or wide-ranging research initiatives
  • Experience with data, analytics, model development, and information synthesis, particularly financial and/or clinical information
  • Experience developing and managing to project plans
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations, inclusive of business cases, strategic frameworks, and project updates
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
  • Technical experience to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
 
Preferred Job Qualifications: 
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
  • Prior consulting or corporate strategy experience.

 

Compensation:  $119k-$178k/annual salary & bonus eligible
