Remote Architect/Architectural Technician

Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a skilled Remote Architect / Architectural Technician to contribute to architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design, technical drawing, and project documentation, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

In this role, you will produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials, while managing project documentation such as construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. You’ll work closely with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized and meet project timelines and budgets.

The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for client review.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realised.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including construction drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting/design and project delivery
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, technical, presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Reliable access to high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.

Nice-to-haves:

• Proficiency in Lumion
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and certification systems (e.g LEED / BREEAM)
• Previous experience working on international or large-scale projects remotely (EU experience is a plus)
• Certification or training in advanced BIM processes and tools

• Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 Php
• Work Schedule: 3pm to 11:30pm Mon-Thurs; 3pm to 8pm Friday
• Work Set up: Remote
