About The Job:

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead to manage the design team working on the user experience and interfaces for our flagship product. Your responsibilities will include shaping a long-term design strategy, enhancing user workflows, and leading a team of designers to achieve product goals.

Key responsibilities:

Design interfaces for spend management and card-related features.

Conduct user research to analyze needs and optimize interfaces.

Support and develop two designers through mentorship, regular reviews, and professional growth opportunities.

Allocate tasks and manage workflows within the design team.

Develop and maintain the product’s design system, ensuring it supports scalable solutions.

Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to streamline the product creation process.

Participate in strategic discussions to advance product development and implement design solutions aligned with business goals.

The skillset we’re looking for:

5+ years in product design, with at least 1–2 years as a design lead or team manager.

Experience with financial or technology products (fintech experience is a plus).

Proficiency in design and research tools (Figma, Maze, etc.).

Experience conducting and interpreting user research.

Strong understanding of JTBD, user workflows, and building design systems.

Leadership skills, adaptability in uncertain environments, strong communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
