Description
As a member of the Modern Platform Management team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Supply Chain T&L Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. A Modern Platform Management Support Consultant will be self-motivated to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. The Support Consultant will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution is delivered. The T&L Support Consultant’s primary focus will be assisting customers with the Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules; however, other modules and basic Dynamics 365 ERP functionality is expected. They will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement.

QualificationsMinimum of 2 years Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experienceMinimum of 1 year of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experienceMinimum of 1 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment) Minimum 3 years of industry and/or consulting experienceCertification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification within first 90 days of employment.Strong industry experience within Supply Chain or Materials ManagementWorking knowledge of industry specific best practicesExcellent communication, planning and organization skillsStrong customer relationship skillsAbility to establish priorities and work independentlyAbility to travel up to 50% Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceEnglish: FluentValid Driver’s License
