About the Role
As the Partnerships Manager focused on Influencers and Affiliates, you’ll be Stockpile’s relationship-builder, connecting us with influencers, affiliates, and other partners who align with our mission. You’ll create partnerships that extend our reach, drive product adoption, and help make Stockpile a household name for family banking. What You’ll Do
  • Identify and Cultivate Partnerships: Build a network of influencers, affiliates, and potential partners in the family, fintech, and education spaces. You’ll select partners who align with our brand values and can effectively communicate Stockpile’s mission to their audiences.
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Lead the creation of influencer and affiliate programs from the ground up. You’ll design campaigns, set targets, and ensure partnerships drive measurable outcomes for Stockpile.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts: Oversee the negotiation and management of partnership contracts, ensuring terms align with Stockpile’s goals while building mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaborations: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership strategies with Stockpile’s broader goals. You’ll ensure partnerships support key initiatives and product launches.
  • Monitor Performance and Optimize: Track and analyze the performance of each partnership to measure ROI. You’ll use data to refine strategies, making adjustments to maximize engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media to ensure Stockpile’s partnerships remain competitive and impactful.

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: 3+ years of experience managing influencer or affiliate partnerships, ideally within fintech, family-focused brands, or a growth-oriented environment.
  • Relationship-Builder: You have a proven track record of establishing strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners. You’re a natural networker with excellent people skills.
  • Strategic Mindset: You understand the impact of partnerships on brand growth and have experience designing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven: You’re comfortable with performance metrics and tracking tools to assess and optimize the impact of partnerships.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: You’re confident in negotiating terms and managing contracts that meet the needs of both Stockpile and our partners.
  • Creative and Adaptable: You bring fresh ideas to the table and know how to pivot based on trends and performance insights.
  • Great Communicator: You can articulate Stockpile’s mission and values effectively and inspire partners to join our journey.
