Job Description
rockITdata is seeking a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst to join our AI, Data & Analytics team. We specialize in providing strategic insights and transformative solutions to healthcare organizations, including providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, and biotechnology firms.
The Senior Consultant will play a critical role in driving client success for some of the world’s largest healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and create complex data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Develop and test data workflows to transform, cleans and structure data for consumption
- Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Apply AI and ML concepts to bring innovation to clients
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges and demonstrate subject matter insights
- Support client engagement from initial discovery through final recommendation and implementation.
Required Qualifications - Must have a BA/BS Degree
- Must have 3+ years’ experience in the data and analytics space
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Expert-level skills in data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Advanced Excel and database management skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with healthcare clients and healthcare-specific data systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments (HIPAA, ACA)
- Experience in data privacy and security protocols
