About the Role
As the Chief Revenue Marketing Officer, you will lead and scale a global growth marketing team, driving strategies focusing on demand generation, pipeline, customer retention, and brand development. This role requires a data-driven leader passionate about scaling performance marketing operations while becoming the steward of the voice of our customers. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing impactful, metrics-driven campaigns that align with Petvisor's business goals and continuously optimize spend to increase pipeline conversion rates. Your strategic leadership will drive the company towards $100M in revenue and beyond, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver measurable, year-over-year growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
