IT Business Analyst (Full Remote)

We are seeking a proactive IT Business Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of innovative digital solutions. This position is full remote, providing the flexibility to collaborate with technical and business teams from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define technical solutions in collaboration with T2D technical teams (architecture, cybersecurity, iFAB, etc.).
  • Design functional diagrams to facilitate decision-making and serve as the foundation for technical solutions.
  • Manage stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams.
  • Align deliverables with the program’s objectives and priorities.
  • Coordinate tasks across various teams involved in the same development cycle.
  • Oversee developments, manage quality deployments, and coordinate integrated testing.
  • Organize UATs with business stakeholders before production releases.
  • Prepare detailed information for analysis teams.
  • Request effort and cost estimates from technical teams.
  • Define technical requirements and ensure their alignment with business needs.
  • Proactively ensure operational excellence of e-mobility platforms.
  • Serve as an escalation point for operational incidents related to e-mobility platforms.
  • Collaborate with T2D and stakeholders to resolve escalated incidents effectively.
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in specifying, implementing, and supporting digital solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience in incident resolution and management.
Technical Skills:
  • Understanding of digital ecosystems, including middleware systems, CRM, billing, apps, and portals.
  • Experience in project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations.
  • Ability to analyze system documentation and architecture effectively.
Academic Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
Languages:
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
