RATE: PHP 250 per hour (slightly negotiable depending on experience)

We are seeking a talented and experienced CMS Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for inputting, maintaining, and optimizing content within content management systems like WordPress. The ideal candidate will ensure content is functional, visually appealing, and adheres to SEO best practices. This is a technical and detail-oriented role, requiring strong problem-solving skills and CMS experience. 

A front-end developer could work, so long as they have good writing skills, knowledge of SEO, and can help improve optimizations by way of content tweaks during migration. 

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Migrate and export content from legacy systems to WordPress, as well as other content management systems, ensuring accuracy.
  

• Reformat and optimize migrated content for the new design. This may include using AI to re-write, refine, or improve existing content. 
  

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless transitions. 
  

• Test content functionality across devices and browsers. 
  

• Format pages to match design and layout guidelines. 
  

• Monitor website content for errors and inconsistencies. 
  

• Conduct quality assurance to ensure smooth user experiences.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical proficiency with WordPress and migration tools. 
  

• Basic understanding of website architecture and user experience. 
  

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. 
  

• Knowledge of, or experience in, the travel industry is not required but is a plus.
