The Renewal Account Manager is responsible for partnering with Cellebrite’s State and Local Law Enforcement account base and supporting them through their solution renewal and upgrade process. You will become a resource to the State and Local Government customer base of your region; working with them and your internal team including new business sales, sales operations, finance, and legal, to provide our LE partners with the best possible user experience. You’ll work with cutting edge technology at an industry leading company that is truly mission driven. You’ll support our LE partners in their mission of making our cities, counties, and states safer for everyone.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiating renewal conversations with our existing client base in the Digital Intelligence market
  • Timely and appropriate response to inbound questions and requests
  • Work closely with internal departments including new business sales, sales operations, finance, and legal
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Cellebrite products, training offerings, competitive products, customer vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of customers goals
  • Submit accurate and detailed weekly sales forecasts to sales management.
  • Daily use and update of Salesforce.com
  • Upselling not order taking to our newest and most innovative versions of our solutions

Requirements:

  • 5 + years of experience in an Account Management or Renewal Sales role
  • BS Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred
  • This is a Hybrid position. Candidates must be located near the Tysons Corner, VA office.
  • Experience working in a team environment that requires feedback and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable initiating new conversations and building relationships, while being resourceful and metric driven.
  • Motivated self-starter and eager to learn.
  • Accountability: this role involves owning a process that is crucial to the business and helping to grow our business.
  • Successful relationship building you feel comfortable initiating new software sales opportunities; you are experienced in relationship building and closing sales with new and existing client base.
  • Sales Metrics-driven – pipeline building, accurate forecasting, continued attainment of 100% of targets
  • Motivated: you are a self-starter & eager to learn
  • Accountability: you take full ownership in your role; you understand that the position is crucial to the business and helping to grow our business
