- Coordinate customer inquiries and provide support
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately
1- Coordinate customers / distributors:
2- Partner of the sales representatives : To provide reliable support to the sales team.
3. Support QA co-ordinator by providing document support and answering to the customer and sales team emails with the help of Zone QA in charge.
4. Work on import/export files every month and share the same with the sales team with conclusions.
5. Be open to work/support on the logistic/import -export/distribution support for the new Seppic India distribution business for India customers which is expected to start from 2025.
