Description

The mission of the People Experience team is to ensure that monday.com is an exceptional and positive place to work. 

As a People Experience Lead, you will spearhead our employee experience efforts in Europe(London, Warsaw,etc), with a focus on internal events, programs, and initiatives designed to make our employees feel valued and appreciated. As a member of the global People Experience team, you will conceptualize and manage events that align with our company and region culture and values. In representing the region, you'll challenge the status quo through enhancing our current offerings while also putting your creative stamp on new programs and initiatives to engage our employees.

To be great in this role, you should be self-driven and motivated with a high degree of ownership and creativity. You love being productive and detail-oriented, while embodying a collaborative approach to work that will enable you to work with all levels of employees and leadership. You should possess a strong background in employee-focused event and program production - building creative solutions from idea to reality. Experience in strong budget and financial management is also a core competence in being successful in this role.

You will report to our Global Director of People Experience, based in Tel Aviv, Israel - while being a core member of the regional People Team..

About The Role

About the role:

  • Develop, track, update and execute the regional people experience strategy aligned with the global people experience strategy, and company/employees’ needs.
  • Create and implement programs and initiatives designed to maintain and improve employee engagement
  • Plan and execute large-scale company events and activities from A-Z, such as parties, trips, happy hours, celebratory toasts, lectures, family events and more. 
  • Build and maintain initiatives to celebrate employees' personal life events- both professional and personal.
  • Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously 
  • Build, manage and track the annual regional people experience budget.
  • Identify, develop and lead various programs for the communities within the company 
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as the Global People Experience, People team, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Design & Legal on a day-to-day basis - as well as external vendors for ongoing activities.
  • Create and meet KPIs for people engagement and development.
  • Maintain day-to-day ongoing activities at the regional offices & maintain the local employee portal/intranet.
  • Develop and lead internal communications of events, initiatives and ongoing activities



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in roles focused on employee experience and/or events production
  • Experience in end-to-end planning & execution of large-scale employee events and programs
  • Experience in the technology industry or a start-up environment
  • Experience working in a global environment and as part of a global team
  • Experience in internal communication
  • High level of efficiency, prioritization, organization, and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask without hindering quality. 
  • Team player with "can-do" attitude and a collaborative approach
  • Creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, and have an eye for details.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
