Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manager to join our SAP team as a key leader within our global Digital Technology organization. In this role, you will drive the support and advancement of SAP’s Global Trade Services (GTS) module, ensuring seamless operations for our existing business while onboarding new entities to the platform. This position is critical to safeguarding the company by maintaining and enhancing our import and export compliance systems.

What YOU will do:
Lead digital processes for the Order to Cash workstream in the following focus areas: quotes , contracts, pricing, order management, invoicing, order fulfillment, shipping and billing.
Build strategic plan to enable transition from SAP ECC to S4 HANA.
Manage and coach a bi-coastal US-based team through their career growth.
Partner with off-shore leads and resources to execute a global Order to Cash support model.
Partner with stakeholders including central functions (Operations, Customer & Account Management), BU partners and business relationship managers to identify areas of opportunity, implement solutions to drive enterprise synergies and company-wide simplification.
Guide planning activities to establish scope, timeline, and resource plan for the assigned order to cash business processes.
Ensure that all solutions developed are fit for purpose, in alignment with best practices, prioritizing use of out-of-the-box functionality and are built with enterprise scale in mind.
Ensure the success of Order to Cash processes in coordination with mergers, acquisition and divestiture roadmap.
Manage across Customer Applications and Digital Technology to facilitate complex business process decisions that at times will span multiple functional areas.
Influence key stakeholders (Digital Technology Senior Leadership Team and functional/business leads) on design, priority, key platform changes and enhancements.
Provide guidance to project team regarding data, processes and procedures ensuring best practices adherence in SAP.
Manage escalations to successful resolution.
Oversee support queues and timely closure of incidents.
May be responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project as they are implemented.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
Experience with large scale system implementation projects.
Experience with SAP, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel and other applicable software.
Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry and the order to cash business process such as proposals, contracts, pricing, order management, invoicing, accounts receivable and/or customer management.
Ability to communicates with parties within and outside of own function.
Ability to influence others to accept job function’s view/practices and agree/accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
Must be willing and able to travel domestic and internationally 10 - 20% of the time.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Cross-functional knowledge of multiple work areas typically obtained through advanced education combined with aerospace and defense experience.
CORE (or equivalent) and project management expertise.
Knowledge of SAP integration between record to report and order to cash.
Familiarity with critical hand off points between order to cash and plan to deliver.
Work effectively in a matrix and team environment and collaborate across lines of business and function.
Scope and effectively manage multiple activities concurrently.
Align and translate strategy into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables; clearly track and report progress to plan at both executive and working team level.
Identify critical organizational issues and root causes; provide objective, practical, data-driven solutions.
Develop and deliver sound, persuasive business cases that result in leadership action.
Work productively in a fast-paced, demanding environment (virtually as well as in-person).
Effectively lead and manage change.
Guide and influence at multiple levels of the organization to include executive leadership.
Present well and synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand visuals and text for all level audiences.
SAP Knowledge, prior implementation experience.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
