About the Role:

The CrowdStrike Global Sales Excellence Internship Program is seeking a Sales Excellence Data Quality Intern.  Intern will work alongside Sales Leadership on Data focused projects with responsibilities in Data Quality, Data Reporting & other Sales data focused needs. Intern will gain corporate experience in partnering with stakeholders and teams, data quality analysis, data improvement and reporting structure.  A strong analytical mindset, attention to data detail, research, and hardworking attitude are required to be successful in the internship. Projects will be varied in scale and reach, with some lasting months and impacting senior executives, to others taking minutes and affecting front line sales reps.

What You'll Do:

  • Help Sales & Sales Operations teams to ready data sets for use in business intelligence (BI) and data science applications.

  • Identify and rectify data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within the CRM

  • Partner in implementation of data cleansing processes to improve data quality.

  • Maintain globally standardized datasets & dashboards

  • Assist with Ad Hoc requests from Sales teams ranging from pointing teams to useful datasets to creating DOMO cards for certain views

What You'll Need:

  • Pursuing undergraduate degree in Data, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or other analytical field with core focus on data work.

  • Financial and business acumen with experience in working with large data sets.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc and Excel/Sheets are key tools)

  • Self-starter, able to navigate in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
