Serves as an accredited educator for the assigned programs at Children's Wisconsin (CW). This position will plan, schedule and facilitate internal and external training for intended audience. Leads and supports best practice principles in education and service delivery for the workforce of CW, and caregivers with children 0-12 years old and teens. Provides education within various community locations, CW workspaces, and virtually.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification
Triple P training and accreditation within 3 months of hire.
Requires a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, acceptable driving record, minimum liability insurance coverage and ability to be insured by the CHHS auto insurance carrier
Education (Experience can be substituted for education)
Experience (Education can be substituted for experience)
Requires 2 years of experience in social work, child development, education or related field.
Experience with training, group facilitation, and developing and implementing educational programs with adults or across systems preferred.
Experience working with families and professionals of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds strongly preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Knowledge of, or experience with, diversity and inclusion, trauma informed care or resilience principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with professionals, parents and system or community members.
Ability to work both independently and in conjunction with a team.
Computer skills to perform necessary functions in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Comfortable with different forms of technology to aid in delivering educational material across the community
Experience facilitating education programs and working one on one with families.
Data collection, entry and time management skills required.
Please note that this is a limited term position ending 12/31/25.
This is a remote first shift position for 24 hours/week. There is potential to have a community event one evening a month.
