Solution Consultant

AutoStore is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our expanding team 

To facilitate this growth, we are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our Solution team and help us achieve our goals. As a member of this team you will work in collaboration with our sales force in supporting the organisation’s worldwide customer network with technical expertise and know-how.

Location: Italy – Hybrid/Remote, preferably close to our office in Milan

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support customer projects in the warehouse & logistics industry with data analysis, designs, and simulations. 

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data, expertly identify and implement effective solutions, and manage logistics efficiently. 

• Review, optimize, and support partners on customer concepts and solutions. 

• Support with new releases of tests, improvements, and documentation of design tools. 

• Deliver technical training on best practices when using design software to global distributors and the internal sales team. 

• Improving internal operations and processes through automation of simple tasks, etc. 

• Proactively provide technical support for the sales organization internally and externally. 

• This role will require some traveling. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience, but open for candidates with different level of seniority.

• Passion for the logistics and material handling industry. 

• Proficiency in data analysis with advanced skills in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel. 

• Skilled and enthusiastic presenter and trainer, capable of engaging diverse audiences. 

• Innovative, knowledge-seeking and curious mindset. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 

• Fluent in Italian & English is required, any other language a plus.
