Job description

Company Overview:
We are a small but growing commercial lines insurance brokerage specializing in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to Condominium and Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Our team is dedicated to delivering personalized service and tailored coverage options to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Role Overview:
As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of HOA clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling everything from policy renewals to claims assistance. Your role will involve maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth of our brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of Condo/HOA insurance accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional insurance products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in the agency management system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably with a focus on Real Estate and/or Condo's & HOAs.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in using insurance agency management systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
