Job Description and Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Sales Assistant to administer our Sales/Marketing accounts. You will be responsible for managing accounts, reaching out to, and responding to clients . You will manage company and client accounts in a cohesive way to achieve our sales / marketing goals. As a Sales Assistant, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Client and Company communications
- Recommending products to help clients
- Answering questions and addressing concerns
- Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
- Demonstrating how products work
- Facilitating payments for purchases
- Taking inventory and monitoring sales
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Any preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands on experience with Sales
- Proven experience with communicating products to customers

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role working remotely from your home office. Your hours are flexible, however, you must have availability during normal business hours to meet with your client(s) as this role does not work in conjunction with another full-time position.
