Leadership and Strategy
  • Develop and implement the PMO's strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers and business operations team in planning and execution of the Xome roadmap, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Xome senior IT leaders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track and manage the overall Xome IT budget working closely with the Finance team.
Project Management and Governance
  • Establish and enforce project management and agile development and delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to drive consistency in Xome development and delivery processes and identify areas for improvement.
Resource Management
  • Oversee the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage the capacity and capabilities of the PMO team, identifying and addressing skills gaps through training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to secure necessary resources and support for projects.
Risk and Issue Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management framework, including risk registers and contingency plans.
  • Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management as necessary, providing timely and effective solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, Xome IT leaders and internal and external stakeholders and customers, ensuring transparency and accountability in project delivery.
