Overview:

Full Time - Daylight - Altoona, PA

 

LPN License and valid Driver's License required

 

Senior LIFE is currently seeking LPNs to fill a full time, permanent, position at Senior LIFE. The ideal candidate will hold a current state of Pennsylvania LPN license, valid driver's license, and must have one year's experience working specifically with an elderly or aging population.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Must have a current state of Pennsylvania LPN License
  • Must have a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Provide high quality nursing care to members, as prescribed by the physician and approved care plan
  • Implementing care and other services following a thorough member assessment and approved plan initiated by the RN
  • Providing accurate and timely documentation of all member services to reflect approved care plans

This position requires a motivated self-starter who can work effectively and independently, as well as in partnership with medical and non-medical personnel, to deliver the most comprehensive care available. As such, nurse candidates must have strong clinical competency and advanced knowledge/skills.
