Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Conduct quality control and assurance activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure product compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
• Participate in the development and update of quality standards and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to junior quality analysts and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in root cause analysis and investigations of non-conformities.
• Maintain and update quality records and reports.
• Monitor the implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance
• Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
