About the mission

 

We are seeking a motivated and organized Product Operations Intern to join our dynamic Product team. As a Product Operations key team member, you will play a supportive role in improving product processes and ensuring seamless coordination across various teams. You will gain valuable hands-on experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other key stakeholders, contributing directly to the success of our product lifecycle.

This internship will provide you with insight into product, operations management, and cross-functional collaboration, while offering you the opportunity to develop you analytics and strategic thinking skills in a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Operations manager in refining and improving internal product processes, including ideation, prioritization, development, and optimization.
  • Help maintain and implement tools and systems designed to streamline product operations, including project management platforms and analytics tools.
  • Collect and analyze internal data and user feedback to assist in identifying areas for product improvement. Support decision-making by providing insights derived from this analysis.
  • Coordinate Product & Engineering team rituals aimed at enhancing team cohesion and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide support on strategic projects driven by the Product Operations team that enhance product efficiency and quality.

 

 

 

About you

 

Your profile : 

 

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Available for 6 months internship starting from beginning of January 2025.
  • Strong project management attitude and organizational skills.
  • Good understanding of data analysis and comfort with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well across diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, with a hands-on approach and a willingness to take initiative in identifying challenges and driving improvements.
  • Demonstrated interest in Tech products and Start-up/Scale-up environments.
  • Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Languages: Both fluent in French and English.
