The Project Manager Financial Services will be responsible for developing and managing the financial service offerings at ManoMano. The position will be part of the Payment team and will work to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and increase business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess project management skills, have a strong interest in financial services development, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategies for financial services, focusing on market analysis and understanding customer needs.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution to evaluation, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful implementation and promotion of new services.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement and expansion.

  • Clearly communicate key findings and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and enable informed decision-making.

  • Monitor the performance of implemented services, providing insights and suggestions to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, marketing, engineering, or a similar discipline.

  • Previous experience in project management in financial services or e-commerce environments.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for analysis and reporting; knowledge in SQL is a plus.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.

  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language such as German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
