Account Executive

What does a successful Account Executive do at Fiserv?

As a successful Account Executive within our Output Solutions team, you will help to expand our client base by collaborating with our internal partners and clients to build long term, profitable business deals through problem solving and presenting the Fiserv’s value proposition for our plastic manufacturing and fulfillment business.

What you will do:

  • Become a trusted advisor, introducing solutions to clients’ issues
  • Perform revenue assurance activities to turn orders into cash/impact revenue
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to meet client needs and Fiserv’s revenue targets
  • Manage and directly sell to clients within an assigned territory and provide sales support such as quoting, proof approvals, securing contract renewals, product re-orders, upsell/cross-sell and work with Fiserv’s strategic internal/external partners to convert orders to revenue as efficiently as possible
  • Ensure proactive accountability to the clients leading to enhanced client experience and retention

What you will need to have:

  • 2 years of experience in an account management or sales role
  • Experience effectively interacting with all levels of clients including executive level management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and military service
  • Ability to travel 30%

What would be great to have:  

  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the game
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track progress
  • Experience with contracts and pricing
  • Experience in payments or financial services
