About the Role:
Identify, foster, and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers (HCPs) (i.e., MDs, NPs, PAs, Pharmacists) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to communicate and advance Neurocrine science in alignment with the overall corporate strategy. Support scientific congresses, train faculty for speaker’s bureau, and be a resource for medical and scientific inquiries. Additionally, this role will support focused activity with educational programs, patient advocacy groups, key community-based mental health networks, specifically within long-term care (LTC) facilities. This territory covers FL, GA including Savannah
and minus Northern GA. The ideal candidate will live within this geography close to a major airport for ease of travel.

Your Contributions (include, but not limited to):
- Cultivate strong relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs
- Collaborate with professional organizations and provide support for educational initiatives
- Engage with patient advocacy groups to deliver disease state education
- Stay updated on the latest literature and research within the therapeutic area
- Plan and execute regional and national education programs based on input from the KOL community
- Identify and recommend research or project sites
- Serve as a scientific resource for HCPs and internal Neurocrine personnel
- Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Attend and provide insights from relevant medical/nursing congresses
- Provide feedback on resources to support Clinical Practice Liaisons (CPLs) in the field
- Ensure timely entry of customer interactions into the MSL System of Record
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Nursing degree or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience in Psychiatry or Neurology, academic or clinical practice experience preferred, and 1+ years experience in industry liaison role preferred (eg, MSL, CSL) OR
Master's degree, NP, DNP, Pharm D, CNS, PA or equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience in Psychiatry, Neurology, or LTC academic or clinical practice experience preferred, and 1+ years experience in industry liaison role preferred (eg, MSL, CSL)
Clinical expertise in Psychiatry, Neurology, specifically in LTC
Strong communicator and skilled diplomat in all venues, including the ability to effectively combine scientific knowledge and communication skills
Ability to build and foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Works to improve tools and processes within functional area
Developing reputation inside the company as it relates to area of expertise
Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams
Exhibits leadership skill and ability

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $157,700.00-$228,875.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
