About this role:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our products and services. In this role, you will develop daily, monthly, and annual marketing strategies, create a comprehensive campaign calendar, establish brand strategy, set budgets & media buying, and conduct market and competitor analysis. As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the execution of our marketing strategy, guiding a team of marketing managers and professionals. This position focuses exclusively on collaborating with a client specializing in trading education.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that propels business growth.

  • Analyze key performance metrics, market research, competitor insights, campaign results, and consumer trends.

  • Adjust marketing plans based on analysis and insights to enhance consumer understanding and align with business goals.

  • Equip the sales team with effective tools and materials.

  • Advise on corporate brand development.

  • Identify new business opportunities and provide actionable strategies for the marketing and sales teams.

  • Manage annual marketing budgets effectively.

  • Foster strong relationships with managers across the organization.

  • Oversee a wide range of marketing activities, from digital to social media and market research.

  • Coordinate with external agencies to maximize marketing efforts.

  • Mentor and guide the marketing team on priorities, budgets, and resource allocation.
