  • Build and scale a best-in-class onboarding function, including the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), development of customer-facing resources, and establishment of measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success and scalability.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams—Sales, Marketing, and Product—to align customer success strategies with broader organizational objectives, defining and continuously monitoring KPIs to track progress.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, including Implementation Specialists, Production Accounting Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and Paymasters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Collaborate across departments to implement new processes, systems, and tools that enhance efficiency and drive innovation across all FTV functions.

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring our service delivery meets their unique needs and consistently provides a concierge-level experience that sets Wrapbook apart.

What you’ll have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a customer facing leadership role, preferably in the financial technology industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the film & tv entertainment industry required.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

  • Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Film and TV Union Payroll experience preferred
