Proven track record of designing products that balance function and beauty, supported by experience with design systems
Empathetic and personable, able to build trust and respect with both customers and team members
Endlessly curious, with a drive to understand why things are the way they are and explore how they could be different
Experience wading into a complicated, data-heavy domain, e.g. finance, regulatory, defence, etc., and succeeding
