Role Overview:

As an Elixir Developer at Powertalent, you will be responsible for developing scalable and maintainable applications using the Elixir programming language and the Phoenix framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet our clients' needs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications. You will also be engaged in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and actively participating in team discussions to promote best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Proficient in Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Strong understanding of functional programming and concurrency principles.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
