JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Work Order Management in E1 - alignment / re-dating of Work Order, Transfer Order and Sales order
Creation of Rework Work Orders
Review materials availability (MOK) and shortage list
Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule
Ensure timeliness of date entry
Printing and releasing of Work Order Package for different value streams
Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials within or between departments according to production schedule
Review work order sequence
Handles Multiple products
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

Supply Chain/Purchasing knowledge/experience desirable
Knowledge & experience of JDE E1 preferred (access & training can be provided)
Use of Excel & pivot tables required
BSP knowledge/usage preferred (access & training can be provided)
Access & training to all other ISS tools and applications can be provided

Eligibility:

• Must be at least a year in current job level/post

• Should not be under a Performance Succession Plan

• Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year
