We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative regional Marcom Specialist to join the APAC (Asia Pacific) field marketing team.

As a regional Marcom Specialist, you will work together and support the Regional Marketing Program Managers (RMPMs) in the execution of local and regional marketing programs to create awareness and demand for our portfolio of products. You will drive internal projects requiring coordination with other functions and organizations. You will interact with peers, team members within the global marketing team, channel partners and third-party vendors on a regular basis. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns communication strategy and translates regional marketing strategies into communication tactics, including project management, planning, and scheduling.
  • Work closely with the RMPMs to design multi-tactic campaigns to achieve program objectives defined by RMPMs for direct and indirect markets
  • Manage the development and delivery of all campaign elements such as eDMs, landing pages, multi-media, social media, web pages, flyers, tradeshows, face-to-face events
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet Agilent brand standards and comply to approval/quality assurance reviews prior to release
  • Coordinate and collaborate with different functional teams for campaign execution e.g. Data Entry, eMarcom, Local Marcom, Sales admin, Channel Partners, global MPMs
  • Support project management of internal and external events
  • Provide key program metrics and insights in partnership with RMPMs during monthly alignment meetings with Global Commercial Marketing teams and regions to ensure strategic and regional goals are met
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, analyse competitive and market trends to optimize tactic mix and increase return on marketing investment
  • Administrate and track marketing budgets in close alignment with RMPMs

    Qualifications

    Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other-related field required
    • 3 - 5 years of marketing and/or marketing communications experience is required
    • Experience in managing multiple external partnerships across time zones and working with virtual regional team / colleagues
    • Cross-discipline Marcom skills with experience in implementing a wide mix of tactics in life science industry is a plus
    • Fluent English is a must (oral and written)
    • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
    • Experience with graphical software and html editors (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator)
    • Experience with marketing automation platform (e.g. Eloqua) and digital marketing tools (e.g. ON24, 6Connex) is a plus
    • Strong project management, organizational skills and good at problem-solving
    • Team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills
    • Autonomous at work

    Additional Details

    This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
