TSC’s Airborne ISR Solutions division is currently looking to hire a Program Management Analyst in support of one of its fast-paced programs focused on aerial maritime surveillance and enforcement missions based in the Western and Central Pacific. As a part of the Program Management Team, it is expected the candidate will support daily operational tasks to include resource planning and management, trade compliance, and logistics support. The candidate will also assist the respective Program Manager for assigned projects in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and pricing of new aerial surveillance services. This remote position supports a flexible work schedule as duties may require performing tasks outside of normal business hours. Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily administrative tasks such as accounts payables, travel and business expense reporting, records management, and new employee onboarding.
- Support Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, Program Financial Analyst and Business Operations Analyst in financial reporting, resource planning, logistics, and new employee onboarding,
- Manage and update all aircrew flight and aircraft maintenance records, aircrew training, and aircrew qualification documents.
- Serve as primary administrator on all program management systems.
- Execute purchase requests and purchase order reconciliations.
- Manage all program trade compliance requests and deliverables to ensure seamless logistics support to forward deployed sites.
- Analyze program performance and health and advise PM and DPM on potential shortfalls and risks related to costs, schedules, and contract deliverables.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business operations reviews and reporting.
- Support new business proposals and annual budget planning by providing cost basis of estimates.
- Support PM and DPM in meeting PMT roles/responsibilities as outlined in program Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Engineering Management, Finance, Project Management, or relevant business discipline and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as needed.
- Experience developing and managing project cost estimates and budgets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and an aptitude for utilizing multiple business intelligence databases and software systems.
- Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of information and data points.
- Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams to manage and complete contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years experience in supporting manned and unmanned aviation, defense, sensors or intelligence industry projects or equivalent technical discipline.
- 5 or more years experience in managing airborne ISR programs or managing Government contracts
- Experience in developing new projects and generating proposal responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quote/Proposal (RFQ/RFP)
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities, complemented by strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
