RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Analisar demanda junto ao time de negócio do cliente e convertê-las em requisitos funcionais e não-funcionais;
• Representar as necessidades de negócio em forma de mapas, requisitos de negócio e estórias de usuário;
• Realizar a facilitação, mapeamento e proposição de solução para necessidades de negócio;
• Colaborar na análise e registro das necessidades de negócio do cliente, propondo soluções de negócio que melhor o atendam;
• Coordenar as entregas;
• Reportar sobre o andamento das atividades;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experiência como Analista de Negócios;
• Conhecimento em produtos de bancários (análise, score, empréstimos, pagamentos e contratos);
• Conhecimento de mercado financeiro e construção de métricas;
• Experiência em detalhamento de requisitos;
• Técnicas de priorização de backlog e de escrita de USs;
• Técnicas como Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, UX Design;
• Métodos ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean entre outros);
• Domínio dos conceitos de análise e processo de negócio, design centrado no usuário e de métodos ágeis;
• Obrigatório residir na Região de São Paulo, distância máxima de 150KM da Capital.
