Job Title: Project Estimation Coordinator
Location:
Remote (MST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1750 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Sales Support/Takeoffs Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to providing accurate construction takeoffs, assisting the sales team, and handling administrative support tasks. If you have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Construction Takeoffs & Estimating:

  • Learn and master building takeoffs using provided software.
  • Analyze construction drawings for material measurements and project details.
  • Build accurate customer estimates based on takeoff data.


Sales Support:

  • Assist field salespeople with pricing updates, booking jobs, and job notes.
  • Ensure all required information is available for each job.


Administrative Support:

  • Compile weekly material requirements and pricing updates.
  • Maintain and update price books and other relevant documents.
  • Provide timely reports and support to managers.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and conceptualize project needs.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and communicating over email and phone.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Stack takeoff software.
  • Background in building bids/estimating for trades using building drawings.
  • Understanding of gross profit, margins, and cost of goods sold.
