Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Configuration Specialist to join our client's dynamic team, reporting directly to the Head of Optimization. In this role, your main responsibilities will include setting up and configuring internal and external systems, fine-tuning alerts and notifications while ensuring their smooth operation, configuring new PSPs into the platform, and maintaining communication between different technical departments and clients on open service tickets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Managing internal & external systems as well as fine-tuning tools while ensuring their smooth operation;
  •  Configuration of new MIDs/PSPs/Routing Rules/Alerts/Notifications into the platform;
  • Focusing on the continuous improvement of configuration and tools for better platform performance;
  • Ensuring all configuration meets internal standardization processes;
  •  Being available on-call outside regular business hours to resolve urgent payment issues;
  •  Working alongside Optimization Managers and Tech Support teams and delivering their needs accordingly;
  •  Running reports, when required, and delivering to all relevant stakeholders;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience with PaymentIQ (configuration and optimization);
  • Knowledge of core payment processing & risk tools (Scoring Risk Engines, KYC EDD Tools);
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and Google Sheets;

SKILLS:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork, judgment, decision-making, and work ethics.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, adaptable to a dynamic environment, and flexible working hours.
  •  Have an excellent understanding of the payment flows/procedures;
