As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs)
  • Conduct ABA therapy sessions
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services
  • Provide support and resources to clients and their families

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work evenings between 3pm to 7pm Mon to Fri at a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
