As we expand rapidly across the U.S., we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to help lead the charge in transforming the water industry. You’ll be a critical part in our growth story by driving revenue, expanding our custom base, and developing long-term partnerships. Responsibilities and Role:
- Cold Calling & Networking: Use direct methods (in-person, phone, email) and indirect methods (networking) to engage prospective customers within targeted verticals
- Lead Generation: Identify and create high-quality leads, building a solid customer target list
- Sales Funnel Management: Develop and maintain a robust business portfolio, continuously filling the sales funnel from start to finish
- Presentations: Conduct weekly in-person and virtual pitch presentations to potential new customers
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, consistently exceeding quotas
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teammates to build strong camaraderie and teamwork
- Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Brand Advocacy: Represent FloWater at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting our mission and products
Candidate Competencies:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including sales management, with a proven track record of surpassing targets
- Leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire high-performance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical acumen with experience using CRM tools and tracking sales metrics
- A passion for sustainability and alignment with FloWater’s mission to revolutionize hydration
Please note this is not a fully remote position, you must live in or near the posted territory.
Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation. On Target Earnings / OTE of $120K+ annually (base salary and lucrative commission), as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
