Job description

As a Programmer with M2S Group, you will develop, test, and maintain software solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of clients across various industries. You will empower decision-makers by providing actionable insights through the capture and delivery of comprehensive production and financial data. By developing intuitive apps, you will enhance company-wide efficiency, streamlining workflows and offering real-time access to critical information. You will ability to integrate data across systems unlocks new capabilities, enabling innovative tools and seamless functionality across platforms.

Your Impact: 

  • Development of Internal Applications
    • Develop applications that combine data from various internal and external systems.
    • Create interfaces to streamline tasks for in-house users.
    • Gather application requirements and feedback from end users.
    • Troubleshoot in-house systems.
    • Write clear documentation.
    • Visit facilities to observe workflows and meet with end users (3 weeks or less per year anticipated).
  • General Programming Tasks
    • Be ready for any task requiring programming knowledge.
    • This could be anything from designing database tables, to finding a tool to fit a new requirement, to creating a process to transfer data or files, to researching and connecting to a new API.
  • Data Reporting and Manipulation
    • Create and execute processes to transfer data between ERP and other systems.
    • Write queries to make data available for company reporting needs.
    • Troubleshoot data issues.
  • Organizational Development
    • Set and monitor performance goals.
    • Provide weekly updates of progress towards goals.

 

What It Takes: 

  • Proficient in SQL and data translation logic, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Experienced in web development, utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Skilled in or eager to master PHP and C#, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes, enabling solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, effectively resolving system issues to ensure operational continuity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
